The Thai Ridgeback Dog, is a smart and charming dog which originated in Thailand in the 16th century. The TRD is the pride and joy of those who raise this beloved animal. It is the honest friendship and loyalty, you get from the love you give these dogs that make them so charming.

We were requested by a lot of friends to launch this web site to help promote this rare breed, the Thai Ridgeback Dog, and to share all our good experiences of owning and raising the TRD, with all dog-lovers and friends around the world. We have spent a lot of time and effort, travelling around Thailand to be able to choose the best TRD. We have become very selective about the TRD we choose, because of this our second and third TRD seemed to be more difficult to find as time passed by.

We pride ourselves on being professional and very selective on the TRD we own and bring into our home. We understand that once we acquire a dog it will become one of our family members and will be with us for at least ten years or more, for the rest of its natural life. Its a life long commitment raising a dog.

Our goal is to PROMOTE the TRD, We are very proud of the long history of this ancient and primitive dog breed.

September 2004, we formed a group of Thai Ridgeback breeders and named ourselves the 'Creative Thai Ridgeback Dog Group.

Januray 2005, with our continue effort on promoting the breed, we have been getting more and more partners so our group become a club namely "Creative Thai Dog Club-CTC" as to cover all dogs. The focus remain the same in promoting the TRD and continue a concept of partnership for dogs.

Our team members have more than ten years experience in breeding TRDs. And Our common GOAL is to help promote all the colours available in Thailand, especially the four colours registered in the FCI standard (Red, Blue, Isabella, and Black). We aim to produce a top quality-world dog. Our major OBJECTIVE is to be a centre of knowledge on the TRD for local people and also for people from all around the world to learn and share our experience on raising them. Our VISION is to become a network forum of excellence for the development of the TRD with a professional and moral manner. So we set up this web site in order to be able to achieve our MISSION, for being a partnership corporation for all TRD lovers.
